Guarantee:
All work carried out by Ignition Plumbing & Heating Ltd carries a 12 month guarantee.
Some appliances carry a longer warranty, this will be stated to the customer and contact detail of the manufacturer will be supplied to the customer.
Quotations:
All quotations are based on information supplied by customer,or onsite survey of works to be carried out.
No changes will be made to the work carried out as per the quotation, unless of prior agreement with the customer.
Waste Removal:
NO waste removal is included as part of any works carried out, unless stated in the quotation.
Surface Finish:
All works carried out are subject to sound existing substrate of the existing building. If the building is found to be incapable of the surface finish required, the customer will be immediately notified and a solution reached with agreement of the customer.
NO paint decoration or plastering is included in installations unless otherwise stated.
NO flooring included unless otherwise stated.
Complaints:
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Either call, write or email us on the details at the top of this document.
We aim to respond within 7 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? Health and Safety:
All works carried out are subject to Health and Safety regulations on safe working practises. Where applicable a construction phase plan will be drawn up and shown to the customer before the commencement of works.
14 Day cooling off period:
In line with current regulations on consumer rights. Every consumer has the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to services supplied by Ignition Plumbing and Heating Ltd.
